Rex A. Ricks, Sr. is the Senior Pastor of Shekinah Glory Fellowship Center, one the fastest growing non-denominational churches located in the Atlanta metropolitan area. Called into ministry at the age of twelve, his gift was cultivated through the vigilant mentorship of his father, Bishop James R. Ricks, Sr.

Pastor Rex is also a Licensed Christian Therapist and author. He initiated his theological studies at the Atlanta School of Biblical Studies and later completed his ministerial training at the renowned Crenshaw Christian Center Ministry Training Institute in Los Angeles, CA, founded by Apostle Frederick K.C. Price. Pastor Rex has more than a decade of teaching and counseling, which enables him to reach others with humor, warmth, transparency, and wisdom. His increased pivotal focus on ministry, spiritual growth, outreach, and relevant application of the Word has led him to further pursue a Master of Arts degree in Theology at Atlantic Coast Theological Seminary.

He and his wife, Pastor Tracy are a powerful ministry team who are committed servants of God, working together to lead people to a relationship with Jesus Christ teaching them how to become successful Christians based on salvation in Jesus and the true uncompromising Word of God.

Pastor Rex is committed to fulfilling the absolute vision that God has given to Shekinah Glory Fellowship Center and beyond. His vision is candidly apparent, with one fundamental principle; to increase and develop a congregation of empowered people for the kingdom of God.

He also enjoys riding his Harley Davidson and spending quality time with his wife and three children.
